MEP SERVICES DESCRIPTION: |
The commission includes the design and supervision of MEP services of the project. Electrical Installation Services include Lighting and Power Distribution, Separate Metering Facilities, Video-interphone, TV & Satellite distribution, Sound, Fire Alarm and Security Systems (CCTV, Burglar Alarm), Telephone & Structured Cabling (RJ45/Cat.6A) installation, External Lighting, EIB/KNX Automated System for lighting control, dimming facilities, VRV’s & shutters control through Home Server, Low Voltage Infrastructure, Lightning Protection system of the Faraday’s cage, 6No. Lifts 1.6m/s speed VVVF technology with machineroomless gearless machines. Mechanical & Plumbing Installation Services include Air Conditioning System (VRV), Ventilation System, Plumbing & Drainage, Hot & Cold Water Services, Fire Fighting System, Sewage Treatment Plants and 2No. Swimming Pools of the overflow type. |
