The commission includes the design and supervision of MEP services of the various projects. Electrical Installation Services include Lighting and Power Distribution, Separate Metering Facilities, Door-phone, TV & Satellite distribution, Telephone installation, External Lighting & Lighting Control, Low Voltage Infrastructure, Tennis Courts, Lifts 1.0m/s speed VVVF technology with machineroomless gearless machines. Mechanical & Plumbing Installation Services include Air Conditioning Systems (Split Units), Ventilation System, Plumbing & Drainage, Hot & Cold Water Services, Fire Fighting System, Solar System, Sewage Treatment Plants and Swimming Pools of the overflow type. |
